regarding the following necessary papers required for relevant services, if they are issued by a certain division of the municipal government after official approval and if the employee can provide a complete and valid electronic version of such papers, the submission of a physical version shall be exempted:
marriage certificate, divorce certificate, resident identity card, household register, shanghai residence card, exit-entry permit for traveling to and from hong kong and macao, passport of the people’s republic of china, exit-entry permit for traveling to and from taiwan, household registration certification, individual householdcard, notarial document, tax payment certification, medical certificate of birth, real property ownership certificate, divorce certification, electronic invoice for private housing rental issued by individuals, adoption registration certificate, adoption registration certificate (transnational adoption), statement on participation in and contribution to old-age insurance of temporary accounts, voucher of participation in and contribution to basic old-age insurance, statement on insured urban employees’ contribution to basic old-age insurance, and social security payment certification.
